Driver always help with loading and unloading.

| Remember to select extra helper if there are heavy or large items.

All vans are equiped with troleys, blankets, straps, sat-nav etc..

| We provide our removals service upto fourth floor if there is no lift.
|
|
| If you want to cancel your booking, make sure to do it 48h in advance, otherwise 1 hour fee will be applied.
|
|
| If you selecting payment type as "Cash to the driver on the removal day" than remember, the payment need to be done to the driver before unloading.
|
|
| If outside of M25 or over 30 miles we charge £1.5 per mile + hourly rate.
(Routes taken will be those as advised by our Sat-Nav. unless you request a particular route)

| Congestion and parking charges not included in price. Congestion charge applies Monday – Friday from 7am to 6pm ( £10 ). For more information about congestion charge go to TFL (Transport For London) website
